  • 400 gms Boneless Chicken
  • 1 Egg (slightly beaten)
  • 1/2 cup Corn flour
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Paste
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger Paste
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • Oil (for deep frying)
  • 2 cups Onions, sliced
  • 2 cups bell peppers, sliced
  • 2 tsp Green Chillies, sliced
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce (adjust according to strength)
  • 2 tbsp Vinegar
  • 1 for garnishing Green Chilli

Combine the chicken, egg, corn flour, ginger and garlic paste, 2 teaspoons of salt, and just enough water to make a batter thick enough to coat the chicken pieces. For around 30 minutes, leave this.
The chicken pieces should first be deep-fried over high heat before being cooked at a reduced temperature. Cook the chicken completely in the oil. On absorbent paper, drain.
Add onions to a wok that has 2 tablespoons of oil in it and stir-fry them over high heat until they are transparent.
Sauté the green chilies for a minute after adding them.
Combine the chicken that has been deep-fried with salt, soy sauce, and vinegar.
Serve hot with green chilies as a garnish.
