How to Make Rice Pudding (Kheer) at Home

Boil the milk in a big pot until it gets thick, then add the rice.
Simmer the rice and milk at low heat, stirring occasionally, until the rice is cooked.
Add sugar, raisins, cashews, and cardamom once finished.
Stir until the sugar is well dissolved.
Place in a serving dish and top with almond garnish.
